They believe that they are here to \u2018transform the world\u2019 through their Neo-Pentecostal beliefs and practice although the whys and wherefores of this participation have more to do with religious purposes as well as personal promotion.\u000A2. Education for development\u000AAlthough the Neo-Pentecostals were not the first to found schools, they give education a very important place in their mission. They believe that these educative institutions (at primary, secondary and university levels) are a means of sharing the gospel and contributing to the development of the country. Among other goals they have the idea of \u2018Forming generations who value and love justice and truth\u2019.66 Their educational objectives affirm that they do not only offer education, but also the training or formation of leaders. According to the leaders of the ESH and the FCG they say that they have the best Christian bilingual schools. They believe that they offer the best preparation in English (P2FCG).\u000AThese schools also seek to integrate secular knowledge with Christian values. The personnel of LDG School prepare some of their own textbooks. The LDG series \u2018More than Conquerors\u2019 used in their schools seek to integrate knowledge and human science with Christian morals and ethics (P2FCV). That school started in 2001 with educational encounters at an inter-institutional level. These meetings join together different educators who represent the best known schools from both the Christian as well as the secular world, including lecturers from the San Carlos University, Guatemala.
